I have several jobs. How much do I have to pay towards health insurance?
You have to pay 8,7 (2025) / 8,9 (2026)% of all wages towards health insurance. Your employer pays an additional 8,7 (2025) / 8,9 (2026) %. This does not apply to minijobs. The contribution is only calculated up to what is known as the income threshold of 5.512,50 (2025) / 5.812,50 (2026) EUR. If your combined salaries exceed this amount, you only pay contributions within the threshold.
