Approved doctors are there for you and your family through videotelephony via our partner TeleClinic's platform and will help you with many complaints. You can get a sick note and an e-prescription. A digital skin check is also possible. And all this easily within your DAK app, where you can use the video consultation as an integrated feature.

How to use the DAK online video consultation via the DAK app
- Become a DAK member and download the free DAK app
- Register using your DAK ID (site in German)
- Open the online video consultation within your DAK app, register and select the desired treatment
For use, you need a smartphone, notebook or tablet with a camera, speaker and microphone as well as the current version of the DAK app.
This is how the online consultation works
In the DAK online video consultation, the doctors of our partner TeleClinic treat you completely digitally. Whether from your sofa at home or even from abroad if you are on holiday. It is decided on a case-by-case basis whether remote treatment is medically justifiable. For this purpose, there is a symptom query in advance of the video consultation to determine suitability and specialist direction.
You can then use the app to receive remote medical treatment and also receive an electronic sick note or an electronic prescription.
If your symptoms show that online treatment is not sufficient, you will receive recommendations for the right care, such as a visit to your family doctor or, in more serious cases, a call to the emergency services.
Health check-up up to 34 years of age
From medical history to a possible referral to a specialist doctor – during the digital health check-up, you can get advice on your health on your sofa at home. From mental health to pain, allergies and your vaccination status, possible consumption habits as well as your diet and exercise habits are also discussed. The check-up is available to all DAK members, including your children covered by family insurance. Before the video consultation, simply fill out a questionnaire, which the doctor will review before the interview – then it starts.
How the digital skin check works
You can also use the app to attend a dermatological video consultation and receive dermatological treatment for skin symptoms via video.
